The editor

The Editor Window makes use of TinyMCE, a powerful Javascript Online Editor.

The icon bar has a similar look and feel as Text Processors like MS Word and most formatting works similar to it. However it is important to know that the technology is a little different since the Online Editor produces formatted HTML Pages as they are used in the Internet. To do this, every formatting will add the appropriate code in the background.

For you as a user it is not important to know anything about HTML, but you should be aware that sometimes sloppy formatting may have surprising effects that you don't know from Office Applications.
